What to Include
A correction. Say which entry and which fact, and give a source if you have one.
A privacy request - to see, correct, export or erase your data. Write from the email address on your account and say which of these you want: a copy of the data held about you, a correction, erasure, or removal of your forum posts.
Moderation. To report a post or comment, use the report control on the post itself where there is one; it reaches the moderators faster than this form does.
An accessibility barrier. Say what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what you were using, screen reader, browser, text size.
Security. If you have found a vulnerability, tell us before publishing it and give a reasonable window to fix it.
